Job Responsibilities
Tameer E Khalaq Foundation intensified monitoring of immunization activities Field Work was underfocused, which is under EPI protocol.
The UC-M&RO will be responsible for designing and implementing the Monitoring activities of the Project in assigned Union Councils; assisting the District Monitoring and Reporting Officer/ Provincial Manager in preparing Monthly and Quarterly reports on project progress and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Project and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities.
The Monitoring and Reporting Officer works in close collaboration with other UC M&ROs, work closely with the project team and Provincial Manager, operations clusters, Government officials, private sector, non-government and civil society organizations.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Gradually, you will be well versed in TKF organizational policies and you will ensure that your staff understands the same as well.
You will propose innovative, simple and effective tools to help you organize your work. For instance, we would love to see maps and distances and list of field monitors placed on the wall beside you. You will also support your field monitors so they are highly organized and are using tools for such organizations. This also means that you will foster an environment where we have a very professional image of our third-party monitoring services.
On a very frequent basis, you will coordinate with your field monitors. Such coordination would be collect information from field monitors on as frequent as the daily basis when required.
You will be required to carry out a certain number of field visits to provide hands-on monitoring support and guidance/verification to ensure quality in our monitoring services.
Timely information collection from field monitors will be your responsibility.
While preparing reports, you will be highly efficient, succinct and will continuously ask yourself this question “how will this information help the commissioning authority. Remember, your reports are going to make a significant difference in service delivery. You will be open-minded and will produce reports in results based language making sure adequate tabular and graphical information is provided.
You along with the Field Coordinator will be required to make monthly presentations to UC level health sector colleagues.
Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
Monitor the sustainability of the project\'s results;
Assist the District Monitoring and Reporting Officer/ Provincial Field Coordinator in preparing other relevant reports;
Any other task assigned by the supervisor,
WHO, UNICEF, IRD, & DPCR all pertner and Jointly Monitoring Plan.
