All documentation of receiving, quarantine & issuance of material. Responsible to paste the quarantine label and place them to quarantine area in warehouse Supervise the operations related to the storage and issuance of packaging materials as per Standard Operating Procedures, Good Storage Practices and cGMP guidelines.. * Responsible to issue packaging material to production & timely posting of process order in Oracle ERP System. * Communication and coordination with Planning, Production, Packaging and other departments for timely delivery of packaging material.

Receiving of Inventory materials, Management reporting, Daily monitoring of KPIs, Daily monitoring of Log Books, Inventory management, Material handling, and Cycle count, Training, Documentation, Leading and Supervision.

Responsible for receipt of Imported / Local Raw Materials (RM) & Packaging Materials (PM) and ensure proper placement of items in warehouse-quarantine area and generation of Goods Receiving Note (GRN) in SAP system .Ensure the correct physical inspection, (i.e. Material name, Vendor lot #, No. of container, Mfg. date, Expiry date and proper weighing of container) of received raw and packaging material.

Responsible to maintain inventory accuracy i.e. physical v/s SAP system. And initiate inventory adjustment notes for physically discrepancies and also prepare it root cause and make timely adjustments in the SAP system after concerned approvals. * Communication and coordination with Planning, Production, Packaging and other departments for timely delivery of raw and packaging material.


Responsible to conduct trainings for workers and officers of warehouse as per SOPs. * Responsible to initiate write-off note for rejected & discontinue packaging materials for incineration purpose. * Train and Educate lower staff and workers on SOPs and GMP implementation.


To conduct internal audit (100% physical stock count) monthly, quarterly stock counts & external audit in every year. (If found any difference in physical and Inventory data, then take necessary steps, to avoid such practices in future). * Coordination with senior management of Supply chain, to ensure stock availability, according to demand.
