LABSA/SLES (petrochemical)
Completed the 72MT petrochemical plant of linear alkyle benzene sulphonic acid with Wexien ( Nanjing) Science and technology Co.ltd.
Supervised and tested all piplines, valves, pumps, Sulphonation reactor Calibration, SO3 gas generation including Sulfur melting, Sulfur Combustion, Alignment of Electrostatic precipitator, DCS System.
My responsibilities here includes but no limited to supervise the shift operations with entire team troubleshooting and process control.
Production planning, achieving production and quality targets. Analysis and control of quality related aspects throughout the production process.
Planning and coordination with maintenance, instruments and electrical departments for preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs.
Working closely with process and chemical technicians to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.
Plans and organizes manpower to control day to day activities. Main proper record of overtime, leaves, labour hours and plant equipment history.
Maintains stand by equipments to make them ready at the time of emergency.
