Currently, working on flood response Program (implementing WASH, CASH, Health, FSL and shelter projects from different donors) 
Part of the proposal writing team of Mercy Corps. Involved in proposal writing for different donors like ECHO, FCDO & cooperate donors. Secured funding from ECHO, LDSC and other private donors.    
   Overall leading the emergency response program across Pakistan.
·       Responsible for the designing and implementation of the interventions under the emergency response.
·       Implementing different donors (ECHO, LDSC, Xylem and other donors) integrated WASH, Health, CASH, FSL and shelter projects.
·       Ensure overall implementation of the project by providing technical, financial management and operational support. Oversee project start-up, management and administration. Ensure project implementation is on time, target and budget, using effective M&E systems to reach desired impacts.
·       Develop and update detailed annual/quarterly implementation plans and support project team on monthly project planning.  
·       Contribute to the budgeting process and give inputs to the financial management of the programme on technical areas.

·       Devise overall implementation strategy for rolling out the program across selected health facilities in 08 districts of the country in close coordination with Senior Program Manager and Senior Technical Advisor of the Global Fund grant.
·       Develop a close relationship with the Global Fund TB program Sub-Recipients to work in 08 districts of the project to seek their support in smooth implementation of the project
·       Conduct periodic Program Review Meetings to review the progress, identify and address challenges
·       Finalize the content of IPC training & other WASH activities for healthcare providers in consultation and coordination with key stakeholders including National and Provincial TB Programs and WHO.
·       Manage project budget through regular meetings with Senior Finance Officer and Finance Officer and provide financial risk analysis.
·       Ensure establishment and maintenance of relationships with the health facilities administration/Healthcare providers for smooth implementation of program activities.
·       Work in close coordination with the Common Management Unit (CMU), NTP and PTPs for smooth implementation of the program. 

·       Technically lead the WASH interventions to ensure the proposed activities are aligned with CARE global WASH strategies and indicators;
·       Responsible for the proposal writing and technical backstopping for the WASH innervations. 
·       Provide technical assistance to the consortium partners and Implementing partners.
·       Develop WASH strategies, methodologies and identification of new approaches for improving WASH programme delivery, with emphasis on advocacy, community participation and social mobilization;
·       Act as focal point on WASH issues and liaise with relevant actors at different stages of WASH programme/ project implementation to follow up on agreements and recommendations;
·       Develop project work-plan for WASH component and monitor compliance to ensure objectives and targets are met/ achieved;
·       Ensure appropriate MEAL activities are in place for all WASH activities;
·       Develop data collection systems to monitor and ensure quality control of all the WASH activities including Sanitation Services and Hygiene Promotion;
·       Contribute to the budgeting process and give inputs to the financial management of the programme on technical areas.
·       Ensure that an empowering approach to working with communities is employed by ensuring that they are involved in the decision-making process and have ample opportunity to give feedback which is acted upon;
·       Consolidate and provide technical guidance and support to implementing partners on all water, sanitation and hygiene promotion related issues, to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability and environmental soundness in their implementation;
·       Plan and undertake field visits, and surveys in order to monitor and evaluate WASH project implementation and other assigned activities;
·       Ensure that there is an exit strategy in place whilst designing and implementing all activities related to WASH;
·       Carryout assessment of the agreed schemes, prepare BoQ, drawings, tenders/RFQs in accordance with CARE policies and project requirements;
·       Ensure that IP/sub-contractor is working in compliance with gender and protection emergency guidelines under WASH response;
·       Represent CARE at appropriate forums, Lead CARE on WASH humanitarian response and also with other sector key partners;
·       Responsible for preparation of donor technical reports, ensuring high quality reporting with accurate information;
·       Ensure good coordination, joint planning and implementation, between the interventions, so that activities could complement each other effectively.
·       Ensure proper verification of all WASH supplies being procured by CARE/IP or sub-contractor before delivery to the project sites for quality purposes;

·       Ensure that WASH and DRR programs and their delivery incorporate appropriate elements of accountability, monitoring and evaluation, gender, protection, disabilities and other relevant themes.
·       Ensure that budgets for WASH and DRR projects are realistic, and that projects are managed to ensure delivery within approved budget.
·       Seek innovative ways of delivering WASH and DRR projects, including contracts and partnering arrangements with private companies in ways which optimize value for money
·       Prevent and control gaps against targets, and share lessons learned from program implementation with supervisor to contribute towards effective WASH and DRR programming.
·       Conducting training/ToTs/orientation for project staff, lesson learnt/project review workshop and IPC Management, frontline health workers & sanitary worker’s trainings at health facilities.
·       Effectively participate in the development of detailed implementation plan (DIP), capital budgets and monitoring and evaluation schemes.
·       Ensure the effective participation in the development of performance agreements, staff development plans and periodic evaluation of staff to maintain quality human resources.
