Billing Officer
I worked as a Billing Officer in Finance Department in Head Office. I performed the following duties
while working in ERP & Microsoft Dynamics (AX):
Complete all the information needed to calculate bills receivable (Order amounts, Discounts
rates etc.)
Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bills.
Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary.
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
Report on activity to upper management.
Internee In Accounts Department
I have been worked there as a intern for three months (Feb-April) in Accounts Department in Cash & Bank Section. Where I learn how to maintain Cash Book, management of short-term loans, payments to vendors & suppliers, check Bank Reconciliation Statement etc. Its great experience to work and lot of things to learn.
