Highly motivated and result oriented professional with more than three years of work experience in social/development sector. I have worked on designing programmes/projects, participated in research studies (from design to report writing stage), monitoring and evaluation. Besides, I have also facilitated training programmes for in-service and aspiring teachers. Working mainly on research projects, I have led data management (collection, compiling), conducted interviews (qualitative), administered surveys (qantitative). I have a strong understanding of data analysis software both qualitative and quantitative (Nvivo and SPSS). I am also highly proficient in computer operation, Microsfot Office Suite ((Excel, word, Power Point). I have also been involved the implemention of education programmes across public and community-based schools in the rural district of Chitral. I am a quick learner, good team player, flexible with working hours and easily accessible. I keenly respect values of organisations and communities I work with. I\'m currently working in Pakistan Television corporation in its current affairs department as Program Researche. Having the fallowing responsibilities:
