Main Job Responsibilities are :
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
On boarding Orientations.
Managing employee’s information in Trade tact data base (HRIS).
Manage Health, Group Life, General insurance, EOBI & Social Security.
Employee Hand Book creation & Conducted awareness session on Policies.
Handling employee’s grievance guiding on policies.
To supervise employee’s leaves record & employee’s personal files records.
Respond to HODs /Manager/ Employees inquiries/ queries in a timely manner.
Yearly Evaluate employees for their Performance score.
Yearly Appraisal Conduction.
Supervise Monthly Attendance reports.
Payroll procedure & Salaries process of employees at every month end.
Exit Interviews & Final settlement of Employees at the time of resignation / Termination.
Dealing with vendors related payments & negotiation in rates. (I.e. Hotels, Workshop, Lahore Chamber Of Commerce & Courier for Dispatching of Letter).
Timely maintain and record keeping and vendor payments.
Control / Maintained Company Vehicles & it’s over all administration.
In and out Visa Processing Local & Foreign Engineers. I.e. Letter of Invitation, Training Schedules & Preparation of Documents of Visa on Arrival.
