Duties & Responsibilities
To manage all activities and transactions related to import and export such as ;
1- Communicating with customers, suppliers, forwarding agents and clearing agents for smooth execution of
products import or export as per decided sales contract /operate WeBoc
2- To remain in touch with bank for LC , contract and smooth payment transactions
3- Providing and getting required information to other departments like accounting, taxation and admin
4- Correspondence with chamber for certificate of origin
5- Correspondence with embassy/commercial section for collect importer data
6- Correspondence with commission agents in international market for sale product
7- Attend trade expo related product
8- Manage social media marketing Facebook page/ LinkedIn/Alibaba /global source/trade key/classified web portals etc.
9- File Sales Tax Returns /Income tax
