Here at TheRiceBowl, I am worked as a Guest Relation and Quality Assurance Manager with task to oversee all 4 branches located in Lahore. My responsibilities include but not limited to
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Audit conducting and performance observance of employees
- Train, cross-train and conduct employees with SOPs of company regarding Service
- Training employees with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations
- Audit conducting of branches regarding Food Safety and Hygiene
- Implementation of HACCP in organization
- Process Development and Standardization of Dishes
- Product costing, Revenue Forecasting and Future Planing
- Event Management and preparation for major Food Festivals, i.e. Lahore Eat, Coke Food Festival
- SMS Marketing, Google Maps, and Website Management

- Working as Shift Manager in Pizza Hut Pakistan in Lahore (a YUMs International Brand)
- Duties include managing Casual Dine area by meeting and exceeding Hospitality expectations of guests
- Operations management including supplies management, cost controlling by minimizing variances to acceptable level as per SOPs
- Forecasting Business and arrange ideal amount of raw materials
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatching of home deliveries within promised time with matching hospitality of dine-in
- Train team members as per standards of YUMs International standard
- Ensuring premises is safe and free from any hazard to human health by eliminating food safety hazards
- Keep restaurant as per FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Checklist) standards
- Coordinate with GM to prepare documents as require, i.e. Financial, Maintenance, HR etc
