概要

Seasoned HR Professional with an expereience of 15 years , who has mostly worked as HR Generalist and HRBP for number of years mostly with the Manufacturing concerns. And then took a move in her career  by changing the industry from Manufacturing to Services/Consultancy and working with the top ranked national and international companies from last 5 years as Senior Recruitment COnsultant. In the 1st phase of my career growth I was mainly invvovled in th HR operations and other areas i.e. OD & Training, Performace Managemet and Grevience Handling whereas in the 2nd term I am mostly invoveld in Management, Team building, Leadrship and decisionmaking role. 


I got an opportunity to work with national international orgnization in Pakistan and outside as well. I got an opportunity to bulit up a department from the scratch in an established orgnization and with a startup as well.
