Plant Operator
Deliver excellent first-rate support to Senior Process Engineer in maintaining safely start up, shut down, and change over the rotary equipment and improving production standards. Present reports to Assistant Manager in updating production reports and managing plant’s operation of equipment, such as Furnace, SO3 converter, compressors, falling film reactors, scrubber, and electrostatic precipitator (ESP).
Key Accomplishments
• Established and executed production planning to examine production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports and understanding the problem of process parameters for minimizing down time.
• Assured smooth operation of continuous process, including surfactant, startup and shutdown planning by maintaining plant parameter and post startup feedback analysis.
• Made effective recommendations and implemented capital improvements, equipment upgrades, manpower reductions, facility maintenance/upgrades, and short and long-term goals and plans.
• Administered control through DCS (Desmate Ballestra) at Surfactant plant and ensure plant SOPS of HSE Section, security of men and material in true letter and spirit.
Plant Operator
Maintained, compiled, and updated plant operations logs and reports and recorded mathematical calculations related to plant operational activities in a timely manner. Supervised start up and shut down operation of plant and followed all operational instruction, HSE regulation, and feedback by shift Coordinator in daily activities.
