Job Description
Enrollment campaign to enhance Girls admission in rural areas
Formation of MFOs (Mother Father Org.)
Mobilized community members on behavior change and Children enrolled in Schools. (Specially Girls)
Mobilized community members to reduce absent ration in schools
Facilitate participatory planning and implementation process for identification of schools’ infrastructures, need and construction of prioritised infrastructure.
Initiate and support different extracurricular activities in schools as per the pan in project.
Facilitate school administration in carrying out School Health assessment of children.
Support SMCs to build their capacities in record management, planning and monitoring, conflict resolution and promoting social harmony in the community.
Support and coordinate with the Gov.department in carrying out studies assessment and training.
Deliver the awareness rising session on COVID-19 and Health & Hygiene to the students, SMCs members and the staff of the school.
Re-active the NFBE centers and continuously monitor them to ensure the quality of education there.
Provide the supplies and other meterials to GGPS and NFBE centers and take a proper record of them.
Conduct project activities as per plan and keep their record up to date.
Upload regularly the Project progress on line MIS.
Provide input for the preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottle-necks.

Hold regular meetings with stakeholders including schools’ teachers, local councils and other organizations serving children and community
Cover the drop out students and re-enrolled in school
Enrolment of children on SIS (Students Information System)

Support the management in preparation of DIP according to time frame.
Data collection from field teams on daily basis and preparation of MPR.
Manage the movement plan (in & out) of field teams according to policy of the organization.
To check reports of field team (Daily, Weekly and monthly) according to work plan.
Perform all the services for the successful running of the project with reasonable skills and care as required from staff member having the professional qualification and experience in the relevant field.
