Trainee Engineer
Worked as a Trainee Engineer for Assistance to SITE Administration & Installation Team in the PMSI domain of the ongoing Refurbishment project at Mangla Dam in Pakistan: • Management of sub-contractors and third-party supplier’s teams for resource allocation and execution of project. Documentation of any Dayworks and review of WBS when needed. • Supervise and devise plans for the Dismantling, Refurbishment, Erection of Generator parts (Rotary & Static) such as Stator, Rotor, Piping, Auxiliary Systems (Heat Exchangers, High Pressure Pumps, Pneumatic and hydraulic systems) and Bearings while using project drawing. • Ensuring compliance to erection procedures and drawings. • Coordinate with GE Design Engineering & Procurement teams for smooth operations during erection. Carry out material OBIs and issue NCRs if required. • Documentation & Compilation of data for Daily Progress Report, Schedule, ITPs and PTWs. • Prioritizing and implementing the GE SITE EHS & QMS Policies. • Coordinating with Client and consultants as part of contractor team for different inspections such as Electrical Tests, MCM Calibration, NDTs etc.
GTO - Mechanical Maintenance
Worked as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at the Style Apparels Park where I\'ve learned and implement my knowledge in their expansion project. During these months my tasks and training include:
✓ Maintainence & Operation of Processing Department machines i.e., Dyeing, Slitting, Stenter, compactor etc.
✓ Revise the maintenance plan accordingly to the manufacture\'s manual and instructions bye complying with SHEQ rules.
✓ Design and Analysis of the Steam Pipe Line System

Supply Chain Intern
Worked at Unilever Pakistan\'s Lahore Ice Cream Factory (Walls) as Project based Supply Chain Intern in their Engineering & SHE department. My project and tasks included:
✓ Risk Assessment of Combustible Dust in their Chocolate and Cone Waffle making plants and devise a plan for SHE policy and equipment usage.
✓ Thorough understanding of 12 production lines and Ammonia based refrigeration system
✓ Compilation of HAZOP study of Ammonia based refrigeration system
✓ Documenting the SOPs of LPG decanting and emergency manual.
✓ Inspection and reporting of Process Safety Hazards in Factory
