Main Duties Performed:
Documents daily financial transaction by entering account information.
Prepare payments by verifying documents and requesting disbursements.
Weekly reporting of invoicing totals / cash receipt/ invoice adjustment.
Reconciliation of ledger with parties.
Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits.
Prepare weekly, monthly Bank reconciliation statements.
Preparation of creditor’s payment schedule.
Stock count at month end.
Enters status change information into accounting software to ensure employs information is accurate and up to date.
