• Reduced down time of machines and operators by providing plan and material.
• Receive drawing & requisitions, ensuring the availability of raw materials & dates required for process.
• Allocate fabrication drawings among all fabrication bays based on the given monthly plan & loading pattern.
• Monitor planned production progress & initiate the counter measure action if seems delay.

Assistant Shift Mechanical
Chashma Sugar Industries (http://premiergrouppk.com/) is one of top sugar producing industry. Capacity of 13000TCD have 12 Mw Power house and 240 Tons of boilers. I specified and managed the maintenance and operations of mechanical equipment including Pumps, Turbines, Boiler, Valves, Belt conveyors and Chain Drive Sprocket, Evaporators, Pipelines, Gear boxes (Concentric, Parallel, Right angle and Shaft Mounted).
• Ensure plant is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner, and in compliance with the regulations related to pollution control norms.
• Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant.
• Prepare Annual Budgets for Maintenance Shut-downs.
• Participate in annual maintenance preparation and ensure timely completion of these jobs.
• Superior knowledge of the operating principles of equipment and machinery used in the power plant (worked on 240 Ton water tube Boilers and 12 MW Shinko steam turbines and generators).
• Properly operate all equipment and machinery used in the steam generation plant.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and supervisors.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.
• Available to work shift or weekends as part of a normal rotation.
Mechanical Site Supervisor
Duration of 2 months at these Plants, I was responsible for following installation instructions provided by manufacturer (Buhler Group) to ensure that all systems-maintained warranty coverage and operated correctly. I had successfully commissioned & operated plant with Buhler engineer.
