Supervision, working as group leader achieving daily production target given by company standards, Giving guidelines to team members and to get work accordingly.supervise them where they needed guide,solve critical issues , managing different task as implemention of company sops, discipline,working methodology, organization behavior,proper communication, company ethics, company policy\'s, leave management etc.Quality, Assures the quality of material as per company standards.Material should be packed with out fault as like knitting or accessory faults.Packing, check and balance of packing must be according to customer demand.Machines,set up machines to start a production cycle.Control and adjust machines setting.Accessories,keep checking accessory must be as per customer requirements.Coordination, coordination with material team , accessory team, quality team and WMS(warehouse management system)team to make things smooth so that the production don\'t be distracted.coordination in such a ways so that daily plan can be executed easily and effectively.Leadership,lead the team in such a ways that the team work more effectively, communicated them properly, making them professional,boosting a positive work culture, development of team members is one of key factor to get good results so i always try  to develop team members  behavior,skills, mindset...Time management, we have to give maximum production with no compromise on quality its make every second worthy for us.we effort to get maximum results under given time frame.Problem solving, on daily bases we face different problem as some issues of accessory and some time of planning material problems and many of other issues.we always challenge problem and try our best to change that problem into opportunity to get positive results.Pressure handling, on daily bases we face pressure from different sides.we always take it as  positive and try to do work with more accuracy and more effectively.hard work plus smart work.

Supervision, Giving instructions to store team,supervise them regarding store operation and dispatch.Make sure that store is in proper condition.Check that the material must be in there allocated phase.There should be no mix material.Receiving, Received material from supplier and packing team, verifying material properly, making entries of received material in company software.checking quantity and quality of material.Dispatch, material dispatch as per requirements checking quantity and quality of dispatch material.verify customer information and vehicle information then making entries out from company\'s software.Inventory, check and balance inventory in company software and manually.stock management checking.checking off all stock in software and manually and other management task.
