I am an accomplished INGO Management Executive credited with +10 years’ experience developing and delivering highly valued projects/interventions with world-known organizations, including UNFPA, DFID, HBS, USIP, Action Aid, European Union (EU), and VSO, as well as other development agencies, INGOs, CBOs and government organizations, ministries/departments at the federal, provincial or district levels as well as community level interventions focusing IDS, refugees, and healthcare service. Key Endeavors:
· Led six expat managers, 10 expats and 200 national staff in 5 secondary care hospitals and 17 integrated health centers.
· Designed and devised Covid-19 Emergency response in two Government Hospitals and MSF supported health facilities.

· Directed a team of 24 expats, 12 relocated staff, and 400 national staff to perform and accomplished project functions.
· Initiated and led primary health activities in 5 locations in BNS/ managed critical security events and led rescue operations.
· Steered efforts toward developing community relations, strengthening network, and negotiating access and advocacy with state and non-state actors for humanitarian operations in the region.
Led the development of organizational emergency response strategies, scenarios (Measles, Cholera, Flood, Earth Quake, and Conflict) for the mission and led multiple emergency responses (Flood, Earthquake, and Heatwave) for IDPs across Pakistan.

· Exercised a hands-on approach to lead the registration process of MSF in the country with the ministry of Interior.
· Expertly performed duties as a strategic overlay to develop a national advocacy brief and strategy and implementation plan on oxytocin in collaboration with MSF Luxemburg and the government of Pakistan.
· Contributed positively to the team efforts, preparing country policy paper and annual operational strategy execution.
· Developed knowledge management system for operational risk mitigation in Pakistan as per the project requirements.
Drove strategies, proposed and executed tactics to manage representation, networking, and negotiated access for humanitarian operations in Mosul and Erbil with Iraq/Kurdish/ Turkish government, ICRC, UN, and armed actors.
Key Endeavors:
· Contributed to Country Policy Paper and Emergency Response Strategy of Iraq and provided detailed recommendations.
· Designed, developed, and implemented a comprehensive program on Hep-C for Mosul IDPs in the Erbil governorate.
Tasked to lead and manage Hep C and primary health care project worth of €2.2M with four expats and 180 national staff.

· Defined and devised a project emergency response strategy for the heatwave, cholera, measles, and flooding in Sindh.
· Led the annual review of operations and annual strategic plan in line with the overall organization objectives.
· Successful closure of the Stabilization room and Delivery Unit also defined strategy on the Hepatitis C project for refugees.
Created and devised Project Distance Management Strategy and Monitoring Mechanism for Government Nawagai Thesil Hospital.

· Developed and led a team of two expat managers and 3 national and 117 national staff for running project operations.
· Worked synergistically with the government, tribal leaders, media, and other actors and kept them abreast with situation.
· Planned and launched 24/7 emergency services at Nawagai hospital Bajaur.
Built collaborative rapport with the provincial governments of Pakistan, developed background research papers on youth issues and formation of Youth Policy for all provinces and territories of Pakistan.

· Led 5 program officers, 10 coordinators of Bargad Volunteer Network in 40 districts across Pakistan and +2000 volunteers.
· Steered and reviewed extensive networking and advocacy strategy to engage legislators, 800 governmental and non-governmental organizations and media groups across the country for public-policy advocacy on youth empowerment.
