Worked as Manager Operations at MICRON (IT Based-Software Company) from 9th March, 2015 to 09 July, 2015. Major responsibilities include:

Dealt with the clients to get the necessary information needed at the start of each new software project.
Interacted with the end users to get all the necessary information about each specific module of the Software.
Communicated and directed the Software Development Team to build the SW Module in accordance with requirements of end-users.
Responsible for Testing, Training and Implementation of the developed software at organizational level.
Effectively liaised with the clients and higher management to monitor relevant progress and satisfaction level of the client.
Prepared and documented the Users Manual of the Software Project.

Worked as BB Executive in the Account Opening Department from 15th Nov, 2012 to 31st Dec, 2013. The major tasks and responsibilities that I performed are:

Registered and archived the data of Level-3 Accounts i.e. Franchises, Retailers and DOs and ensured that record keeping meets the requirements of internal and external auditors and follow the prudential regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan. 
Registration of Tellers Accounts for Banks Business Centers.
Registration of Level-0 and Level-1 Accounts of Mobilink customers and employees.
Managed Nadra Verisys Team and reported directly to line manager and finance department for clearance of billing and for budgeting.
Designed Process Flows (DFDs) on various scenarios of Branchless Banking.
Liaised with HR & Admin to deal with the Administrative issues of Branchless Banking.

Joined Pakistan Navy on February 14, 2009 as S/Lt PN (Education Branch) Grade 17. On successful completion of my training at PNS BAHADUR, I was posted at Pakistan Naval Academy, PNS RAHBAR, Karachi.

Taught relevant areas of Computer Science classes and took laboratory sessions, assessed work and examinations at undergraduate level within the department.

Besides my instructor duties, I had performed various administrative duties like

Assistant Warfare Officer,
Warden of Female Officer Cadets,
Member of the organizing Committee of Passing out Parade etc, and various other administrative duties assigned to me time to time.

Worked with Pakistan Mobile Communication Limited - Mobilink from December 26, 2006 to October 05, 2008 in Customer Services Division. My job responsibilities were as follows:

Effectively interacted with the on-call customers, answered specific queries about Mobilink Products, services and packages.
Catered  Complaint related issues while using the system efficiently.
Ensured team work and helped co-workers in dealing with customers complaints and other work related scenarios.
I have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills and learned to work under pressure efficiently and effectively at Mobilink.

Immediately after my graduation, I served as Lecturer for 3 months where I taught, Introduction to Computers and Programming fundamentals using C language to the Intermediate Classes from Sep 2006 to Nov 2006.
