Warehouse Supervisor
•Supervising all imports related Warehouse operations i.e. Receiving, Put away, Picking, Moving, Shipping, transportation & inventory operations.
•Executing items in time for weekly, monthly & seasonal promotions.
•Monitoring all branches sales and replenishing within 24 hours.
•Monitoring fast moving, slow moving items and sales planning for slow moving items by consulting with Category, Merchandising & branch managers.
•Checking prices and keeping update in system.
•Supervising manpower and monitoring related reports.
•Section housekeeping.
Warehouse Officer
• Check and Balance full goods stocks at warehouse in which receiving and dispatching.
• Arrange Vehicles / Trucks for haulage to other locations and other plants.
• Co-ordinates with other location / plant for stocks level.
• Daily production planning with concern department.
• Ensure all necessary documents and formalities are complete of loaded vehicles.
• Ensure availability of stocks at plant and warehouse.
• Ensure that FIFO is implemented.
• Prepare daily stocks report and report to (TOM) Territory Operation Manager.
• Prepare Logistics report ( fuel consumption, mileage & maintenance ).
• Follow Policy and procedures for warehouse operation.
• Follow instruction / advice by the management for smooth and safe warehouse operation.
