Responsibility Outline:

Participate in monthly company performance review meeting of management and present monthly Business wise, Product and Brands family Contribution margin profitability. Presents the analysis of change in profitability financial factors during the period. Present the performance of zones and sales resources with sales analysis.
Prepare quarterly projected profit and loss statement and Break-even of Businesses with the sensitivity analysis on budgeted sales, sales mix and raw materials.
Report the Material mix and yield analysis of major Raw materials and its impacts on total cost and COGS.
Communicate to management about Variance’s analysis, steps taken to resolve the variances with its explanations.
Responsible for Cost of Goods Sold accuracy (Product costing and Process costing). Perform cost / Benefit analysis for new project or for alternative methods.
Evaluate the key performance indicators and communicate issues to Management. Monitor the inventory and its valuation, help out for inventory management.
Base on monitoring Suggest the changes in ERP (Oracle) to standardized the process and put the controls to make the processes more efficient and effective.

Responsibility Outline:
Management & Financial Reports:


Present monthly financial statement, segment wise profitability and financial statement analysis.
Present monthly cash budget, labour cost budget and forecasted profit and loss statement.
Present sales analysis reports (Quantity and price variances, mix variance etc.)
Responsible for Period end closing and G.L entries.

Costing:


Analyse cost information of standard costs, actual costs and its variances on period basis.  Examine the idle hours of labour and machines.
Detail observation of Cost centres and their activities levels to manage the capacity of resources.
Base on collected information review the Overhead and labour rates of services, prepare comparison with open market rates and update it in system when require.
Evaluate job wise costs, its invoices values and report to management the factors that effecting the pricing and profitability.
Prepare operations process SOP’s for ERP and coordinator with MIS to resolve the matter of ERP related to operations and Accounts.


General Accounting


Ensure the trial balance accuracy.  Make Coordination with auditor in internal and external audit, prepare audit work sheets and resolve the auditor queries.
Handling the all fixed asset matters.
Part of payments and collection plan meeting.
Verifying the LPO’s, petty cash vouchers and approve the ledgers in ERP system.


Purchase planning and inventory management:


Participate in purchase planning procedure.  Introduced order level techniques, that decrease the probability of stock shortage by 20% and decrease stock from 2.3 m to 1.4 m by using E.O.Q and managing order levels.
