• Development of contractual Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA.
• Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis.
• Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
• Preparing look-ahead and providing to the engineering team and highlighting critical activities.
• Preparing procurement log in line with baseline program requirements. Monitoring progress of procurement & highlighting variance to the project team.
• Identifying manpower requirements in-line with the project progress & programme requirements
• Preparing detailed T&C schedule in-line with the baseline program following the logic / sequence of commissioning.
• Identifying the events that could delay completion of project and notifying the delays in accordance with the Contract Conditions.
• Preparing delay analysis impact programmes for the delay events
• Supporting site management in preparing Variations and EOT Analysis.

• Responsible for the Telecommunication, ELV, CCTV and Fire Alarm systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client\'s approval.
• Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory.
• Participation in design review meetings and workshops. If required.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Coordinating with procurement team for procurement and delivery required material.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of project progress
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. And ensure that approved Project Quality & HSE Plan are implemented.
• Reporting project progress to client / management on daily, weekly and monthly basis as required
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Ensure that maintenance of all electrical equipment is carried as per the manufacturer recommendation.
• Ensure that maintenance plan is prepared and implemented.
• Inspection of Electrical Motor, Relay panel, Control Panel.
• Trouble shooting of faults.
• Provide technical support to technicians.
• Installation of new machinery as per approved design.
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• All kind of Factory maintenance.
• Reporting to management about maintenance progress on monthly basis.
