Kohat Cement Company Limited having grey cement clinker production capacity of 8,500 tons per day and white cement clinker production capacity 400 tons per day. The plant is located in Kohat about 60 kilometres from Peshawar.


Responsibilities

Assign an ensure achievement of sales target to sustain market share and growth in local and export markets.
Management coordination to implement pricing and distribution strategy for selling cement.
Selling cement through approved dealer network as per company policies and procedures.
Retain customers and ensure satisfaction for long term business.
Check brand positioning and competitive environment through market vigilance.
Appraised staff performance for development as per company policy.
Performed market surveys on customer needs and requirements.
Coordinate, implement and monitor all sales and marketing activities in area of responsibility as directed by Management.
Prepared sales reports for the sales team and sales management.
Manage the administration of assigned promotional sales activity in line with corporate policy and procedures.
Prepare accurate and reliable sales forecasts for management decision.
Visit customers on regular basis in order to maintain sound business relationships.
Recommend new dealer/ distributors within area of responsibility according to the laid down company procedures.
Coordinate with custom clearing agents, commission agents and exports customers.
Coordinate with transporters for competitive freight and timely delivery of export consignment.
Effective management of export documentations to ensure rebate & duty drawback claims.
Monitoring exports consignments to avoid infiltration.
