I had the opportunity to work on two ongoing campaigns as a team member. 1st one is Zindagi Chalti Rhy an omnichannel awareness for the management, diagnosis, and treatment of Stroke Patients.Secondly worked on the global digital initiative Take Care by Sanofi. A digital diary providing an integrated solution by understanding what happening in your body and how your actions can help you hit healthy goals.
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Provide quality customer services in order to retain and increase number of client relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing sales skills appropriate for the financial market segment.
Periodically review the existing accounts of their clients to manage attrition of deposits and selling products.
Maintain and deepen assigned existing customer accounts portfolio for liability sales and cross sell other wealth management portfolios.
Worked in various functional departments of bank, handled customers’ queries, prepared demand drafts and pay orders; filled up deposit slips for customers and provided general guidance to visitors.
