概要


  • Executes and tracks document changes/ updates through the Document Control System (SAP ECC6)

  • Responsible for management of ECR/O process inclusive of all project specific documentation

  • Maintain and report relevant performance and compliance metrics specific to projects

  • Collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders to understand documentation requirements and ensure effective resolution of document system queries or requests

  • Works with site personnel to develop documentation

  • Operates as SAP ECC6 super user on the project team

  • Ensure the effective administration and maintenance of the documentation system in line with regulatory requirements for new product introductions on site

  • Review document changes for adherence to Document Control procedures

  • Responsible for ensuring relevant training material is maintained

  • Responsible for distributing updated documents on site

  • Any additional duties as requested by the Quality Systems Manager
