Carrying Out: -
Supervising as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Arar with a focus on realizing business objectives. Attain optimal outcomes by facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn and meet departmental needs and goals. Increase operational performance by streamlining processes, promptly resolving issues, and executing corrective measures.
Supervising the Facility Management Services in 11 Government Hospitals in Punjab.
Coordinating with 11 supervisors of the Hospital daily related ongoing Services like HVAC, and MEPG complaints.
Maintaining Monthly work Details, Invoice preparation, Cash Handling, and Dispatching of invoices to PMU (Government).
Managing 4 teams of 100+ Inhouse technicians for our projects like Waste Management, Construction, Civil work, Paintwork, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Generators, Carpentry, and Cleaning.
Visiting the sites for a survey, meeting with Customers, Monitoring, Inspection, and supervising the technicians and vendors, for the project.
Scheduling the teams for the Execution of the project.

Ensure the cost of the project, Vendor payments, and Petty cash record. Maintained smooth workflow by managing the company’s functions, such as operations, management, and process improvement of our core services.
Managing the plant maintenance activities includes Predictive, Preventive, Emergency and Routine Maintenance. Rotating machinery diagnostics, troubleshooting and vibration data collection and analysis using VA4 and it\\\'s software.
Laser Alignment (Vertical, Horizontal and Pulley alignment). Dynamic Balancing (Single plane) for ID and FD fans.
Performing other vibration measurement techniques and tests (Bump test, Run up, Cross channel measurement, phase analysis).
Thermal Imaging using UNI-T for electrical components, static and rotating equipment .
Mechanical Work:
Doing mechanical jobs by removing the machines from site for repairing at company\\\'s work shop until finishing testing and mechanical work, that scope of work include different rotating equipment like electrical motors, blowers, bearings mounting and dismounting.
Achievements: -
Worked in Oil and Gas Industries OGDCL (Chanda, Mela, Nashpa KPK sites).
Performed rotating machinery vibration data collection and analysis of Compressors, Fans, Engines, Gearboxes, pumps, blowers, motors, bearings, and conveyors.
Spectrum and waveform analysis, Cross phase analysis, Document & and reporting.
Maintenance & and troubleshooting of rotating equipment, overhauling vibration assessment, and making decisions.
Thermal Imaging for both electrical and mechanical assets.
Onsite Balancing (Single and multi-plane balancing).
Laser Alignment (horizontal and Vertical Machines).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes, and Effects Analysis.

Responsible for daily maintenance activities of the Plant.
Check and balance of Genset, Gas compressor, and Gas Distillation Plant Maintenance.
Maintaining the record of Gas fueling in Tanks and supplying the Gas to the Gas Stations.
Managing the Team of Technicians for the Dehydration process of Gas
Managed the Gas production record and gas supply record, a n d also generated bills for clients.
Plan and schedule material, manpower, and resources to carry out work.

Mold Area, Desires molds are prepared for the casting of parts
Metal Furnace Area, Metal melted in Induction furnaces, Heating furnaces, and Coal metal Furnaces.
Casting Area, Molten metal is cast in desired molds in the casting area.
Finishing, Production Area, Learn the finishing process by Lathe machine, milling machine, CNC machine, and Drilling machine.
Forging and Heat Treatment Section, learn the process of metal heating and forging.
QA/QI Section, final product testing through quality assurance and inspection through Scales, Gauges, Pumps, and machines.
