I also have experience in RD department in which i have extensive knowledge on checking and controlling the product quality and to develop new ways to enhance quality of the product. Plant Incharge
Plant includes Press, Kiln\'s, Glaze line and sorting plus packing. As an plant incharge my keen responsibilities areTo Maintain quality and quantity of the productionIdentification of energy losses and other miscellaneous losses which in large amount causes higher rejection in the total productionOver hauling of the important machinery and equipmentsTo make the balance between the raw materials consumption and productionTo ensure smooth production in all of the departments To make communication with all of the department inchargesMaking 24 hourly production report and present it to the higher management on daily basis
Department Incharge
As an Incharge my prime responsibilities are to ensure smooth production from my department side. I am also responsible to maintain its mechincal and electrical appliances further more i have to manage all of the workers which include their leaves, medical issues and making roaster\\\'s for special duties.
Quality Control Engineer
My keen responsibility was to research on raw materials which were being used in production for final product. I was also responsible to make sure that every parameter of the product is upto the standard. Every day new testing on different raw materials to check its chemical and physical properties from different angles.
