Responsibilities
Office Work:
• Prepare Reports on Expenses and Office Budgets.
• Assist Managing Director BOGs regarding Liaison between Directors of different Projects.
• Assist Project Director to deal the Legal matter of the Group.
• Assist in Record and File Keeping of the Managing Director Office.
Responsibilities
HR Office Work:
• Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and issuing employment contracts.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Office Procurement:
• Printing Marketing Materials, Vendor Dealing, Purchase Orders.
• Provide Support in printing of School Curriculum and its distributions amongst the chain of Leads Schools (An ancillary Project of Lahore Leads University).
