RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To manage the New machinery\'s Complete Installations, Commissioning and Operation Training with Foreigners (Italian, German, Chinese and Korean)

• To assist Manager Maintenance to achieve 100% plant system availability.

• To control and utilize available resources of manpower, machinery, spare parts and tools.

• To manage Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMM) including machinery down time and Maintenance Cost Analysis.

• Scheduling and Timely execution of Preventive Maintenance on detailed PM instructions for processing machinery and equipment.

• Spare part Management from Foreign and local spare part’s development.

• CNC Machine’s Software Installation, Backup and Diagnoses matters.

• Robotics Software Installation and Maintenance matters.

• ISO 9001:9002 Documentation Control for machinery maintenance and Measuring Instruments to improve the Quality of product .

 MANAGER OPERATIONS

About 6 1/2 year experience in Alamgir Granite Processing Company Lahore Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES AS Manager Operations:

• To redesigning and replacement of complete systems / selection & ordering of new systems / equipment in view of changing process requirements.

• To manage the New machinery\'s Complete Installations, Commissioning and Operation Training.

• To manage the operations for the Inspection and Testing of the company’s products at different stages of production by Measuring Instruments according to Standard.

• To independently design and upgrading old machines & systems by new Programmable logic Controllers (PLC\'s), Numeric Controls (NC\'s) and other electric components like Speed Variable drives, Servo drives, Frequency Inverters, Temperature Controller, Encoders, Proportional Controllers, Hydraulic and Pneumatics System Controls for improve functionality and operational reliability.

• To manage operations of different stages involved in Sawing of Marble & Granite blocks by Gang Saws, Wire Saw, Verticals and Mono Blade machines.

• To manage processes for Marble & Granite Polishing, Cutting, Detailing and Finishing by PLC and NC control Bridge Polishers, Bridge cutters and Size Cutters machines.

• To Manage the Art Work and Mosaics Work by following methods:

a. Water Jet cutting with CAD- CAM
(Computer Aided Design – Computer Aided Manufacturing)
b. Sand Blasting
c. Flaming work
d. Milling and Shaping work with CNC and CAD-CAM

• To Manage the Cost Control of product through complete process to achieve Local and International Market

• To manage the Quality Control of raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished products according to Quality Standards

• To Manage the Operations for Recruitment & Training of employees to improve production and product Quality.

• To manage the Operations for Diamond Discs and Diamond segments
