Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers and educate them on proper methods in which to operate machinery safely. Supervise the manufacturing processes, to maximize productivity of machinery and workers, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory. Develop and draft improved SOP\'s for Inventory and Finished Store management from scratch.
