Currentaly i am working with Save the children international organization at sukkur based before that i was work with SRSO as a District Engineer since Jane-22 to July-23 at Larkana I have also worked with ACTED International NGO as Civil Engineer/ Snr Project, from October 2017 to July 2021, i have more than 12 Years experince in different modalities projects, like construction & Rehabilitation of Hospitals & School buildings, WASH focused Sanitation schemes, Water supply schems, Provision of Latrine structure, Communal Hand Pumps, i have more experience regarding Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation, Autocad Desiging, Tendering, Bidding document, RFQs, Quotation related documents, Quantity surveying, also monitoring & implementation of construction & rehabilitation of multiple building structure, Housing schemes & Infrastructure schemes etc. I have also engaged in different projects like Covid-19 response, WASH focused, Health, Nutrition, FSL, DRR also Education at North Sindh base, Before that I have worked more than 05 Years engaged with Save the children International NGO with multi sectors such as Food Security and Livelihood, Education Nutrition Health Wash Component at same Position. Before that I have worked with Plan International NGO in WASH & Nutrition project at District Khairpur, before that i have engaged with Sindh Rural Support Organization in UCBPRP Project in Flood affected areas of Sindh. Field Engineer
To lead the Wash team and also engage in during field level and also facilitate the CLTS steps in all communities like Transect walk or walk of shame, Calculation of feaces, draw a Flow diagram, Community action plan (CAP) and every step of Triggering.
To lead the technical team like sub engineers, contractors during site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety.
Prepare cost estimates/BOQs for repairing of health facilities and Govt Schools.
If qualified, engage in design of temporary structures, formwork and falsework design in coordination with Civil Engineer.
Provide and maintain horizontal and vertical survey control by use of a level, GPS, total station, etc., including organized documentation of survey notes.
Perform quantity tracking (including calculations) and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting.
Initiate progress and final payments with owners and subcontractors.
Prepare daily reports as related to crews, progress and issues.
Provide document control for correspondence, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.
Work with foreman to ensure structures are built in conformance with the contract requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors.
Represent McLean Contracting in a business-like and professional manner.
Assist in carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job site related to general construction.
Field Engineer
Community Physical Infrastructure schemes in Flood affected areas of Shikarpur focus on Water & Sanitation Hygiene through Cash for Work.
Rehabilitation of the, Civil Hospital, Taluka Hospitals, Rural Health Centers, Govt Basic Health Units & Dispensaries in overall District Shikarpur.
