1-Launched kaizen culture throughout the organization that involves middle to higher management which results in 100+ kaizens in season and an accumulated saving of up to 50 million pkr.
2-Launched Efficiency based incentive system that replaced the conventional piece-rate system and helps us to achieve 70% efficiency throughout the stitching process.
3-Calculated the overall operator effectiveness(OOE) through the performance and quality of each individual operator against each construction that helps us to rank the operators and leads to skill-based sewing lines that were more balanced.
4-Implementation of supermarket in soccer ball division that helps us to implement just in time concepts leading to in time material availability and 20% reduction in downtime
5-Replaced the conventional stitching method to one-piece flow which involves the breakdown of soccer ball into different operations leading to less inventory, Less operator skills, Improved throughput rate, and Efficiency
6-Automation from manual table printing to machine printing in soccer ball division that helps us to mitigate the cost up to 3 million pkr
7-Was able to achieve 3M(73%) in Adidas ME audit(FW20) with an aspect score of 13/15 through the extensive implementation of manufacturing excellence modules, digitalization initiatives, Automation, and Efficiency governance Programs
8-Launched ME framework and ME training culture to equip the young industrial engineers with necessary training which include FMEA, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM, Line balancing, Deployment charts, Spaghetti map, OEE, etc
9-Calculated the OEE throughout the Shinguard and soccer ball division
10-Developed the layout and one-piece flow sketch for 2 panels and 12-panel soccer ball that help us to achieve 80% efficiency at the end line
