Responsible HR professional with proven experience as an HR Officer. Possessing in-depth knowledge of HR practices and procedures such as Employment law, organizational planning, employee relations,Conflict Resolution,Talent Development / Retention,Training and recruitment/selection. Integrity-driven team member who understands the importance of confidentiality when managing Employee records, Discipline, and evaluation.
 Ensure timely maintenance of employee/personnel files.
Maintain attendance records of all employees.
Maintain leave records of all employees and process leave forms.
Process employee’s medical claim reimbursements and also maintain addition & deletion of incoming & outgoing employees.
Coordinate with vendors to process Employee Job cards and Visiting cards.
Assist in screening profiles and scheduling interviews.
Assist in timely maintenance / renewals of contracts for attendance system and any other third party services.
Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
 The manpower requirements planning, selection, hiring, support the company management in administration activities.
Work with line managers to prepare job descriptions.
Liaise with relevant staff to ensure arrangements are in place for the arrival and induction of new staff.
Maintain an employee and recruitment database.
Manage leave and sickness absence records and advise staff on entitlements.
Oversee probationary periods, liaising with line managers and sending reminders.
Manage contracts, including extending employment contracts.
