Interviewing of labor, processing joining form and record keeping of employee file.
Salary preparation on HRMS - Payroll Management Software.
Conducting Exit interviews of management & non-management staff and proceed their final settlement.
Managing time office operations.
Coordinating with in-house HRMS development department for any changes and development required for HR or Payroll system.
Enrolment of new employees; Form filling, entering records in payroll software and related activities;
Preparation and maintaining records on daily basis of Labor/Staff Leaves, Overtime and Attendance Discrepancies;
Verification for overtime with manual sheets
Preparation and verifying the final Settlement of the individual dismissed;
Salary preparation on Vision plus Payroll Management Software.
Timely & smoothly disbursement of Salaries, Wages, Fixed Salary, Extra Work of Machine operators & Over Time
Preparation of Cash Statement on Daily Basis.
Prepare unpaid sheet & close salary sheets, overtime, Piece rate & Extra work at every month.
Audit of Salary Drafts.
