I.Worked as a Regional In-charge HIN KPK 20th  May 2022 to July 2023 During this period managed multiple projects with the aim and Objective of Life Transforming with Livelihood, Education, Financial Sponsor Ships, Mother & Child Health Care, Water Supply and water testing  linkages development with Line Deptt and  Networking with  Stakeholders    
Duties and responsibilities:
 

Identification and need assessment in project area for Education,Health,Livelihood,Water Supply , and financial sponsorship, Qurban Programme
Implementation of program in target area like Education project in Refugee community, financial sponsor ships for  Flood Effectees, Water supply project in Shallow water wells areas, and livelihood for mostly vulnerable and same as Qurban Programme
Implementing Education project by Renovating Refugee school  as Per Agreed Agreement with Donor under NoC from Afghan Commission rate
Successfully completing Refugee School Renovation within the set time frame by Project self-implementation
Hiring of Teaching staff for School and arranged immediate base conduction of  Teacher staff Training
Education project successfully completing with Children Enrolling in  Primary level session 2023-24
Identification and assessment of  Beneficiaries  under financial Sponsorship Programme as per  required set vulnerability criteria
Sooth  implementation and run of the financial sponsorship Programme for one year by issuing cash Grant through checque to beneficiaries
Assessment of beneficiaries ”Under Salam Charity livelihood Programme ”in target area  
Ceremony arranged for distribution Tulk Tuk Rickshaw under Salam Charity International  Livlihood  Programme    
For Qurban Programme Beneficiaries assessment, Qurban site assessment, ensuring need arrangement, Qrban meat packs delivery and distribution among Beneficiaries and primarily Coordination with Line Deptt for successfully completing task of the programme.
In water supply project site assessment for water well installation, work regular monitoring, inauguration and hand overing of the wells at completion and report submission to line manager
Need base arrangement for Donor visit and playing for team lead in the regional  field area
Reporting and documentation

Working as a water Quality Surveillance and Research Officer at WatSan Cell Based position in DFID funded IRC’s LIFE-Pakistan Project since April, 2019 to June 2022
The Water Quality Surveillance and Research Officer will be responsible for testing and analysis of water samples in target areas as per international guidelines, maintain water quality data for target areas Liasoning and coordination with TMAs in Targeted Districts of KPK for Water Quality Testing Labs Installation, Nomination of Lab Attendant and Their Training on Water Quality Testing Treatment and Labs sustainability. Follow up of water quality testing lab, liaison with relevant government departments and prepare and submit monthly report on water quality issues in target area.

Conducted initial coordination meeting with community influential for project intervention, Pre-KAP assessment, developed village profiling, identification, activation of the existence  Village WASH Committee and newly formed where there needed, and conducted training for their strengthening, Identified and selection of CRPs and their training, Conducted House Hold Data, Conducted Community session on BCC1,BCC2,BCC3,BCC4 at community, House Hold,Religious,and school level,Conducting community training on PRA Tools and Triggering tools and identification of vulnerable community for sanitation Kit provision during this training with the help of the participants, follow up of community for construction Self Base new laterine and providing technical support they needed, Conducted special events at community and special days at school level, formation and training of WASH Club at School level, ensuring laterine at each House Hold,school,Market and other community places by constructing the community themselves and provided sanitation Kit by PVDP to identified vulnerable community to ensure ODF the Targeted project area, identification and formed ODF committee and conducted their training, targeted villages were declared ODF by the committee after verification,declaration,celebration and certification.

Ensured Hygiene sessions at school and community level for their awareness on health & Hygiene and WASH related issues, Trained Teachers, Shura Members, WMC on WASH for sustainability, providing support to technical staff in survey and allocation of site and overseeing construction activities, conducted pre & Post-KAP on WASH with the assistance of field staff, Conducted O& M training of the WMC on WASH facilities and ensure special events and special days celebration and conducted sanitation weeks as per plan at community and school level, conducted meeting with the concern stakeholders regarding the relevant activities and issues, preparation and submission Weekly, Monthly work plans and reporting the progress to the project Monitoring officer regularly.                      

Conducted pre-post evaluation of the newly installed water sources for the water condition, follow national and International standards in water quality and quantity supply in target community, ensure that water supply activities are implemented as per design, standards and schedule, agreed with donor and PVDP

Evaluated pre-post of the targeted flood effected villages water sources for water condition of the project areas, analysis water sample accordingly WHO standards, ensure water testing lab establishment timely and water testing and treatment material delivery at work site, conducted O& M training for WMC on the water sources, conducted community training on water  treatment at domestic level, supervising installation work of the water sources and reporting to Programme manager for the improvement where needed and reporting water quality at regular basis, providing support to technical staff in site selection for water source installation with applying tools sanitary inspection, provided support on other regional sites of Islamic Relief in staff training and water testing lab establishment, proposed water filtration installation for clean drinking water supply at Multan and Thatta Islamic Relief working sites.

Pre-post evaluated the camps for water condition, ensured water quality and quantity according to the national and international standards, supervised the water supply activities as per design, standards and scheduled as proposed, support and supervised Hygiene promotion staff in educating the community on water and sanitation, worked for water quality monitoring for Rustam,Chargully and returnee Buner,trained community on domestic water treatment and WMC training O&M of the existing water sources for sustainability, conducted frequent field visits and meeting with community elders for water problems solution, report writing and liaison with Govt Agencies and Humanitarian agencies, coordinated with WHO field staff to stay updated on morbidity rate
