Finance Manager - Leading Finance department, manage daily, monthly & period end General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), expenses and taxes.

Program Design - Designed & developed funding projects in areas of GBV, CSA, Education, Women Empowerment, Poverty Alleviation, Climate Change Financial Empowerment.
Planning & Policy - Developed Policies for Grants and Finance Team .
Procurement & Vendor Dealings - Active member of Procurement Committee.Responsible for all office procurements.
Project Budgeting - Support proposal advancements by developing budgets for projects including Expense recognition, Taxes, multiple currencies various other parameters.
Endowment Building and Investment of reserves.

While working with Hashoo Foundation I am heading the Operations including Admin, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT Department. I am directing, Managing, and providing substantive leadership for the formulation of the Organization’s Operational Activities and Strategic Action Plan.  Contributing to the preparation of the Organization’s annual budget with the Head of Finance and Administration.  Managing the resources of the organization (financial and human) and contributing to the overall management of the Organization. Direct reporting to Country Director on major operational matters and program implementation results.  Participated in organizational planning and monitoring results and previous policies in preparing future and strategies.Acting as a Monitor revenue and expenditure in the operating divisions to ensure attainment of objectives. My responsibilities also include coordinating the activities of the operational leads to ensure organization’s policies and procedures are maintained.

My responsibilities include liaison with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization, Act as a professional advisor to the Board of Director on all aspects of the organization\'s activities particularly to program implementations as well as funds management. Identify risk and challenges in grants and to recommend hedging strategic plans.  Ensuring compliances of different grants agreements. Preparing reports for fund management and program delivery. Having effective donor liaisons and all stakeholders’ liaisons. Frequent visit to target beneficiaries and share feedback with board and all concerned. Evaluate the progress and monitor physical progress with financial spending. Review of work-plans, to ensure proper execution of projects within scope and budget.
I have been part of Regional Peace & Sustainability Program of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES),) focusing on Pak -Afghan and Pak- India Affairs I have been honored to represent on different International Forums i.e.  Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, UAE and Turkey. I am a Professional Alumnus of (ICD) Institute of Cultural Diplomacy, Berlin, Germany. A network of like-minded individuals with an interest in further developing the field of cultural diplomacy through the support of intercultural relations. An independent forum for interaction and exchange between groups and individuals of diverse communities across the globe including politicians, diplomats, cultural practitioners, academics, civil servants, and private sector representatives. I was key speaker of Annual Conference of Cultural Diplomacy of \"Promoting Global Collaboration, Unity and Peace through Cultural Diplomacy\" (Berlin; December 19th - 22nd, 2017).
