Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.

Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media and professional networks.

Conduct initial interviews both in physical & online  and share assesment with HR Manager.

Preparing & submitting all relevant documents/certificates as per the requirements.

Conducting orientation session and briefing to new employees.

Manage the on-boarding process including (Biometric registration and Assets requisition).

Manage attendance & leave of All staff Workers

Implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate and retain high-performing employees.

Prepare monthly salaries including allowances, decductions and overtime.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, salary disbursement and maintaining confidentiality of all employees.

Monitor and maintain attendance report accurately on daily basis and share with Head Office.

Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook as needed.

Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.

Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs for employees\\\' skill enhancement.

Respond to employee\\\'s queries about company policies, leave policies, annual benefits and bonuses.

Activate (LMS) after probation and overview leave management system of employees including annual, casual, sick, halfday and all other leaves as per company policy. 

Assist with the off-boarding process, conducting exit interviews and handling the clearance process.

Manage & coordinate various HR processes, employee confirmations, transfers, promotions and salary revisions etc.

Plan & Organizing employee engagement activities.

Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS accordingly. Ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.
