Responsible for the handling the documentation aspect of Credit Administration Department, which involves preparation of documentation check list after reviewing approved CSA, scrutinize the credit and security related documents including Insurance Policies for perfection, to raise observation memos where required, to generate the CAD Exceptions on regular basis, liaison with branches for rectification of securities documents and issue DAC upon completion of formalities.
Dealing with HBL SBF product of SME customers to provide the facilities of Running Finance, Demand Finance, against mortgage of residential / commercial / industrial properties and building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Dealing with walk-in customers and listening to their queries and provide the best solution alternatives within the time limits, Following up to ensure resolution regarding their queries, Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies and taking the extra mile to engage customers and preparing a MIS for maintaining the record on daily basis.
