❖ Proper handover read log book properly and write important message for next shift.
❖ Responded to telephone inquiries and explaining product and service options.
❖ Smooth check in and checkout all guest in a courtesy way follow up a high
balance and expected departures.
❖ Preparing the next day arrival pre Registration Card.
❖ Check Microsoft Excel sheet time by time and reply to other departments.
❖ Provide best possible services to the hotel guest and also handling all guests’
