CAReS (CRM) CAReS is the Customer Relation Ship Management System used in Ufone. I have worked on the different modules for further development. & Testing. e.g. “Change in Customer Information” etc. Each task or activity requires complete analysis of the code and understanding that if the requirement is feasible. Tools we use for development are Silverlight, C# and plsql/ Oracle, WCF Web Services and asp.net web services aspx Change in Customer Information(CRM) In this module we had to change some information of customer. In required changes in front end and backend all. We required changes in passport , CNIC and we had to add other fields for cities and areas. And customer type. SelfCare Visibility In CRM(CRM) In this module I worked on selfcare backend and made selfcare Numbers visible on CAReS CRM for each selfcare User. System used to call middleware service from backend and display its information in datagrid on CAReS Front End. Restriction on Re-Processed MSISDN(CRM and FMS) In this module I had to work on SIM Change Form To Restrict Reprocessed MSISDN for SIM Change. It required changes in backend Tables and some analysis of the code. Restriction on Re-Processed MSISDN(CRM) In this module I had to work on Reconnection Form to allow changing the Location of MSISDN and SIM to User Location in case the status of MSISDN is quarantine. It required the changes in some business rules due to which requirement got changed later during development phase. It required understanding of the front end and backend code. Customer Barring Loader(CRM) This module required analysis of the code to change a simple message that is returned from the backend pl/sql. Enhancement in Mini Franchise Creation (CRM) This module required analysis of the code to change the textfield and required some restriction in the backend so that already created mini franchise does not get created again.

WFM Survey application was the marketing team requirement for conducting surveys of the Ufone Shops. So that their workers do not struggle in finding the exact location of the shops. Application contains login, change password and survey form screens. Survey Form screen gets coordinates of the location from GPS.
