Major responsibilities are as follows:
•Designing, Plan, Organizes, Directs, Supervise and Coordinates all activities of Data Center; operates computers and peripheral equipment when necessary.
•Recommends and implements policies, standards, and documentation procedures related to all Data Center activities.
•Manage coordinates, installation and maintenance of all data center monitoring equipment.
•Designing, Plan and administrate Data Center and Infrastructure network.
•Responsible for network administration of remote offices and Head Office, including Data Center and DR servers.
•Maintain and ensures that the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system, including standby generator, security access system, precision cooling plants, HVAC and fire detection and suppression system, are in working order, and responds to problems or arranges for repair as necessary.
•Coordinates and provides follow-up on Data Center related issues, coordinates and assigns necessary staff, and monitors progress through full resolution.
•Develops and maintains Data Center’s emergency response and recovery procedures.
•Manage backup storage library, and maintain storage tapes activity at the primary and secondary locations.
