Dealing with Cargo Agents to get Air – Sea (LCL/FCL) rates, Shipment clearance and their follow up till the customer warehouse.
Upon receipt of rates, preparation of custom documents and making arrangements for the clearance as per planning received by Agents (flight schedule, LP and CRO)
Upon receipt of AWB/BL, preparation of commercial documents and email scanning copies to the customers.
Preparation of Sales Agents commission reports, request with Banks to wire transfer and email T/T copy to customers.
