Computer Operator
I was associated to manage all computer work, along with making data sheets and maintenance of records. I was linked up with management and technical work too. Some of my key responsibilities as CO(Computer Operator) are.
Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Ensuring the security of the company’s computer systems.
Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
Starting operations by entering computer commands.
Contributing to team efforts.
Continuously monitoring and reacting to IT operations schedules.
Responding to incoming telephone calls and mail inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding computer-related problems.
