The Manager HR & Admin will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
▪ Responsible for pre and post joining formalities.
▪ Responsible for Employee codes in system for newly join permanent and contractual employees.
▪ Responsible & Ensures for attendance records in the system on regular basis.
▪ Regular updating of contractual employees data in ERP periodically.
▪ Responsible & Ensures the necessary calculation on regular basis (till 10th of every month) for EOBI online vouchers and Social Security. Prepare periodical reports and coordinate for making necessary payments.
▪ Responsible & Ensures timely handover EOBI and Social Security cards to staff.
▪ Ensures proper coordination and resolve issues with all Govt officials.
▪ Coordinate and Ensures all employee engagement activities.
▪ Coordinate in legal matters and rental Agreements.
▪ Prepare periodical records reports related to all utilities and maintenance works.
▪ Responsible for left employee’s final settlement (Clearance).
▪ Negotiation with vendors.
▪ Utility Bill processing
▪ Repair and maintenance follow-ups.
▪ Gate pass (IGP, OGP & RGB) data management.
▪ Local purchase management
▪ Responsible for all other day to day administrative task.
▪ Directly involved in Recruitment of staff for branches following the concept “Right person for right job”
▪ Admin and monitor Job specifications & JDs compliance;
▪ Prepare orientation plan for new joiners;
▪ Preparation of joining check list (pre and post joining);
▪ Preparation of recruitment & other general forms o (Interview evaluation, Employee Bio data, reference check, Family member information, CA Form, DA Form, Induction Test, Monthly position/shop wise analysis, etc.).
▪ Handling orientation process of all new joiners in Units.
▪ Facilitating employee orientation framework across the board.
▪ Responsible for the daily Human Resource Operations to make sure the required strength presence.
▪ Monitor daily HR Operations shop wise; hired the resources and trained them; Conducted employee Performance appraisals review; Employee Relations and Grievance Handling; successfully managed the team of 12; Verify & maintenance of personal files; Conducted employee exit interviews.
▪ Liaison with RSMs, ASMs and Branch Managers for employee related issues. Advise the line managers on HR issues.
▪ Admin overall attendance and staff shortage.
▪ Critical analysis on daily HR attendance, Double Duty and absentees.
▪ Ensure the Regional and Area Sales Managers are meeting the deadlines for the staff related issues and admin disciplinary issues investigations.
▪ Ensure consistency in implementation of quality HRM system, policies and procedure.
▪ Ensure communication of HR policies and guidelines to the staffs. (Uniform, Leaves, Over Time, Deductions.)
▪ Any other tasks instructed by superior / management.
