Processing Executive Officer
• Responsible of manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement projects in processing department.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of 6S\'s and visual management system (Dept. charts) across the department.
• Identification of different types of lean waste and feedback to concern for improvement.
• To facilitate external audits activity with QMS and coordinate with all departments to secure quality audits.
• To Coordinate with all sections within the departments to prepare monthly performance review presentation (KPIs).
• To facilitate departmental HOD\'s in setting key performance indicators (KPI\'s) of departments as well as employees and their application as a tool for pro-active approach for the continuous improvement process.
• Updating and Monitoring Processing OBEYA.
• Perform all special projects activities within processing.

• Drawing schematic diagrams of steam flow from Boiler to different machines in Mill.

• Preparation of maintenance sheet for different machines.
• Preparation of report on existing problem and their suitable solutions.
• Calculation of cooling load in R&D department room using HAP.
