Managing COVID-19 & Infectious Diseases Patients in ICU / HDU / ER and wards
Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the severity of disease symptoms and devise appropriate treatment plans.
Administer medical interventions, medications, and therapeutic measures following established protocols and guidelines for COVID-19 & Infectious Diseases management.
Monitor patients closely, observing their vital signs, symptoms, and progress throughout their stay in the hospital.
Provide compassionate and responsive care, addressing patients\\\' physical and emotional needs, and offering reassurance and support during their stay.
Collaborate with fellow medical professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to share patient information, treatment plans, and progress updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, medications, and other pertinent information following hospital protocols and standards. Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of transmission of Infectious diseases within the hospital.
Educate patients and their families about Infectious Diseases, preventive measures, and post-discharge care to enhance understanding and compliance.
