Manage & Operate Slabstock flexible PUR Foam Plant, Rebonding Plant, Cutting-Stamping-Covering-Packing Sections & FG Stores.
Coordinate regularly on all QA & QC department queries.
Coordinate with Sales team and plan production activities accordingly

Ensure Production Operations to run efficiently and timely.
Assist Production Manager on his day to day activities.
