Working as Manager Planning and Distribution of Servaid Pharmacy (it is leading retail pharma chain in Lahore). I am heading the department with the team of 7 Planners assisting me for network wide inventory control and inventory planning.
- I am having Lead role in Supply chain Strategic Planning, Project implementation and execution for distribution network optimization & reduction in costs.
- I Oversee and Liaison with Teams to ensure stock is maintained and distributed efficiently across network for FMCG, Medicines & Health Care Items and Monitor daily/Weekly Sales and Inventory Movements in retail stores and Warehouse.
- Create Material/Inventory Management best practices, Warehouse Management and Replenishment Methods.
- Fiscal Budgeting & Forecasting of sales & inventory and Generating Reduction Proposals by markdown analysis.
- Gauging Supplier delivery performance on order fulfilment & meetings with suppliers to overcome the shortcomings in supply performances to achieve In-store product availability target of 95%.
- Leading S&OP Meetings for monthly category wise stocks planning with Retail team.
- Category & Range planning with assortments and Revenue/Gross Margins Enhancement by reviewing product pricing & Supplier negotiations.
- Developing Visual Merchandising Layouts and Reviewing Merchandising Audits of stores with the help of Team.
- Conducting In-Season performance Tracking, reporting and analysis, Maintaining ITO and NDI’s (Demand Planning).
- Work on Reports development and dashboards in Coordination with IT Team.
- Follow-ups and Meetings with logistics team to execute and analyze performance of planned stock movements to
retail stores.
- Developing Retail Store Product profile for each store prior to store openings and liaison with purchase on product profile availability.

Responsible for the import/purchase of imported accessories for Nike Account for Production lines - Ordering of imported trims for prod. to international suppliers (NAV’s) & ensuring on time delivery - Engage in horizontal & vertical communication with Nike LO, buying house and suppliers - Working on forecasts to derive strategies and present to senior managers how to fuel up lines with Trims - Updating Stock records and keeping eye on replenishment levels - Analyze FOB on each PO at the time of order placement
