Supervise and review the preparations of loss preventation program.
Organize initiate prompt action in emergency.
Responsible for designing and implementing OSHA program guidelines. The program is based on the safety needs of the organization.
Providing a safe and healthy workplace including the necessary equipment, systems and tools which are properly maintained.
Attending Site Safety meetings on a regular basis
Communicating with management and employees on HSE matters
Supervising and checking all Safety and Work practices at the site. .
Conduct regular and scheduled inspections and audits at sites and HSE report findings to Manager.
Collect, analyze and maintain statistic & Investigate any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or disease which happened on job site/workplace.
Duty as EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) core team as per regulations.
Coordinate and monitoring Hazard Identification Risk Assessment.
Follow up with project manager, project engineer to ensure that the Project staff is following up Safety measures, rules, policies and submitting reports.
Lead safety meetings with /staff /workers to remind about the following:
Personnel protective equipment
Housekeeping, Hand tolls, Power tools, Assembly point, Firefighting Equipment ,Any other subject as needed
Define standard covered by Saudi Aramco Safety policy communicate to all sites.
Conduct training to project staff / safety representative to discuss the possible hazards regarding safety while executing projects.
Communicate the safety standards and its monitoring tools to site safety representatives and ensure that they understand and implementing accordingly.
Forward immediate actions for violating safety instructions in coordination with safety representatives.
Ensure first aid box, fire extinguisher/blanket etc. on site maintained.
Arrange with site or main store to maintain separate safety materials log regarding receive, issue and stock in order to monitor efficiently.
Managing the weekly management safety meeting, weekly tool box meeting, daily safety meeting on job sites and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays.
Also Performing any other duties assigned by the project Engineer/ Manager
To supervise the team members & responsible for to take the feedback from the team members
Coordinate with Education District Officer regarding schools & SMCs.
Make the daily work plan for team member’s school wise.
To check the record of SMC (School Management Committee) that where they utilize the money which are given by the World Bank & To check that Schools are functional.
To conduct the interviews/information regarding schools from Chairman, General Secretary and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with community.
Reporting to project coordinator on daily basis.
A. COMMODITY MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION
Ensure that the most needy / vulnerable members of the community are properly targeted and protected
Take active role in the registration and verification of beneficiaries to ensure that the process is fair.
On Sit Monitoring: To carry out periodic checks on the amount of food received by the beneficiary,
Monitor, if all commodities arriving at the distribution centers are convoyed by Waybill daily, monthly distribution report.
C. DISTRIBUTIONS1. Ensure an orderly and fair distribution of commodities using the approved ration sizes. Beneficiaries must sign or thumbprint against their names on the beneficiary lists as proof that they received their food rations.2. Observe loading of food that is left over after distributions. Ensure that a waybill is prepared for food to be returned to the warehouse.
