The industry is one of the leading carpet factures of Pakistan. I am working in a PSF department, we simply manufacture’s fiber form PET and supply it to the concerned department for manufacturing non-woven carpets.  

To ensure production processes are carried out smoothly within the range of quality parameters.
Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortage in usage. 
Enrolled in installation of new equipment. Worked on the expansion of the plant that increase production efficiency up to 30%. 
Drawing up production line schedules and budgets for required production.
Effecting changes to production and maintenance schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

Ensure all GMP\'S and SOP\'s are followed in the production unit.

Proficient in managing demand issuance and generating various type of reports, including month-end reports, to provide accurate information.

Used hand tools, instruments, gauges and equipment to complete accurate measurements and noted results for official records. 
Monitored performance and generated reports detailing quality of product and defect rates. 
Performed daily inspection rounds throughout facilities to check on all equipment and machinery.
