- Managing payroll record for payroll processing and solving queries by coordinating with the main office in NY, USA. Generating Payroll Sheets for the employees payments.
- Keeping all the transactions details of the companys bank profile and duly recording in QuickBooks for monthly checking.

Job Description
- Managing the daily and session wise scheduling of Venue Staff (Invigilators) for
exam events of all exam products such as Cambridge International Examinations (CIEs),
IELTS, Professional and University exams, APTIS and other examinations, in line with
the Examination Board requirements and British Council standards.
- Managing the contracting of Venue Staff pool for the entire Punjab region, including
preparation of contracts and tracking the pending contracts and following up on them
and maintaining their register for adequate documentation and log.
- Processing of the monthly and session wise Venue Staff payroll, including formulating
attendance sheets, punching the attendances in the payroll calculator, review of payrolls
and then getting them approved from designated personnel.
- Spot checks of exam events to ensure compliance with Exams Quality Control and
Compliance Standards pertaining to Venue Staff and ensuring adequate Venue Staff
presence as per scheduling standards.
- Assisted in conducting Venue Staff training sessions for various exam products to
enhance the quality of staff appointed at examinations.
- Assisted in carrying out Performance Evaluations of Venue Staff post session, to ensure
quality staff is retained.
